About ICM:

Pastor Dan Finfrock established Intensive Care Ministries in 1984. The following year, he relocated his family to the Philippines, recognizing the crucial need to instruct local pastors in the inductive study of the Bible, with a specific focus on developing them into effective expositors of the Word. Since its inception, Intensive Care Ministries has imparted the Inductive Study Method to thousands of pastors and Christian workers, contributing to the flourishing of numerous churches. The organization’s staff is now situated in various locations, including the United States, the Philippines, Russia, and Africa. Intensive Care Ministries is dedicated to identifying talented pastors and church workers, providing them with additional training to enhance their understanding of the Word.
